Dr. Basawaraj is an academic and researcher with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He has expertise in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in embedded systems, operating systems, computer architecture, automotive electronics, and data structures. His research interests lie at the intersection of Edge AI, autonomous navigation, hardware–software co-design, real-time multi-sensor data acquisition, and human concept learning. He has published 28 research papers in international journals and conferences, delivered invited talks and workshops, and mentored students on industry-sponsored projects, academic growth, and career development. He has led collaborative initiatives with industry partners including NVIDIA, Infosys, and QNX, while contributing to accreditation, faculty development, and institutional academic activities.
