Step 1
Application Submission
- Fill out the prescribed application form (offline).
- Select the desired program and specialization.
Admissions at Kishkinda University follow a structured and systematic procedure:
Step 2
Student will be counselled by Admission In charge or Counselling Authority
Step 3
After Successful Counselling, The Eligible student will be sent to the Admission Section to complete the Provisional Admission process.
Step 4
Students need to submit following copies to the admission Section.
- KCET Admission Order copy (for who takes admission under KCET Quota)
- Original 10th Marks Card
- PUC/Inter Original Marks
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Original Study Certificates
- Identity proof (Aadhaar Card Xerox copy)
- Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) Id Xerox copy
- Anti-Ragging Affidavit signed by student & parent.
- Migration Certificate (For Non Karnataka Students)
- Category/Scholarship certificates (if applicable)
- Recent Passport-size photographs (5)
Note: For NRI Students All the above documents along with a copy of passport, Visa, Parents Service Certificates & Medical Certificates
Step 5
Eligibility Verification
- Academic eligibility is verified by the admissions office.
- Entrance score / merit marks are reviewed where applicable.
Step 6
Fee Payment & Confirmation
- Students must pay the prescribed fees at the time of admission and pay the remaining fees within the specified deadline.
- Students need to fill out the online application form. The completed application must be signed by both the student and the parent.
- Provisional admission will be confirmed after fee payment and document verification.
- Students opting for hostel accommodation must pay the prescribed hostel fees at the time of admission and clear the remaining fees within the deadline.
- Students will be issued a provisional admission order signed by the Admission In-charge, which must also be signed by the student and the parent.
Step 7
Admission Confirmation
Admission will be confirmed after full filling the Terms & Conditions as mentioned in the Provisional Admission Order copy.
