Evaluation Process - UG Programme
At Kishkinda University, academics are designed to combine strong theoretical foundations with practical learning and research exposure. The University offers diverse undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate programs supported by experienced faculty and modern infrastructure.

First Evaluation
- Answer scripts (coded scripts) of each class shall be evaluated by an examiner from the approved panel of examiners, preferably having a minimum of three years of experience, according to the scheme of evaluation for the respective course.
- UG programme answer scripts are blind-reviewed to ensure quality and accuracy of evaluation as per the approved scheme.

Moderation
Moderator
- A moderator shall be selected from the panel of examiners approved by the Board of Examiners (BoE).
Number of Scripts
- 10% of the total scripts, covering the entire range of marks awarded in the first evaluation, shall be selected for moderation.
Final Marks After Moderation
- If the difference between evaluator and moderator marks is ≤ 15% of the maximum marks, the moderator's marks shall be considered final.
- If the difference between evaluator and moderator marks is more than 15% of the maximum marks, the script shall be sent for third evaluation.

Third Evaluation
Evaluator
- An external examiner from the approved panel, or a senior professor who has previously taught the course, as approved by the BoE.
Final Marks After Third Evaluation
- The average of the nearest two evaluation marks shall be taken as final.
- If one of the three marks lies exactly midway between the other two, the higher two marks shall be averaged and awarded as final.
Disclosure of Answer Books — UG Programme
To ensure transparency, evaluated answer books with question-wise marks may be disclosed to students upon request.
- Students not satisfied with results may apply.
- The student must appear in person with valid identity proof.
- Answer books shall not be shown to any person other than the candidate.

Revaluation, Re-Totalling & Photocopy — UG
- Scripts already evaluated twice are not eligible for revaluation.
- UG Theory courses → Eligible for revaluation, re-totalling, photocopy
- UG Practical/Lab → Not eligible
- CAED / Computer Aided Electrical Drawing → Eligible for revaluation & re-totalling only

Registrar (Evaluation) prepares consolidated lists.

Students may verify totalling in person.

Scripts sent for revaluation will be re-coded and title pages masked.

Revaluation marks recorded separately.
Rules
- If revaluation marks are lower → Original marks retained.
- Higher of original vs revaluation marks considered.
- If difference ≥ 15 marks → Third valuation required.
- After third valuation → Average of nearest two marks taken.
- At least one valuation must be by an external examiner.
