Evaluation Process - PG Programme

Double Evaluation
- All coded scripts undergo double independent evaluation by two examiners.

Final Marks
- If difference ≤ 15% → Average of two marks taken.
- If difference > 15% → Joint / third evaluation conducted.
- Average of nearest two marks considered final.

To ensure transparency, evaluated answer books with question-wise marks may be disclosed to students upon request.
- Students not satisfied with results may apply.
- The student must appear in person with valid identity proof.
- Answer books shall not be shown to any person other than the candidate.

- No restriction on number of courses for photocopy request

Challenge Evaluation
Eligibility
Any student with an evaluation grievance.
Application Process
- Submit Challenge Evaluation Form with fee
- Apply in person before deadline
- Identity verification required
Evaluation Method
- Conducted jointly by two new evaluators
- Earlier evaluator not involved
- Only challenged questions re-evaluated
- Existing marks not disclosed to evaluators
Finality
- Challenge evaluation marks are final
- No further appeal allowed
Refund
- If grade improves → 50% fee refunded
Gracing Policy (UG & PG)
- Up to 2% grace in SEE per course
- Up to 2% grace in CIE per course
- 0.1 SGPA grace for class boundary (6.00 / 7.00)
- If failed in only one subject → Up to 3 marks grace (out of 50)
Grace marks shown only in ledger, not marks card
