Dear Students,

Welcome to the Department of Physics. Our department is committed to lay strong conceptual foundations, promote fundamental research and encourage innovative mindset among students. We focus on both theoretical knowledge of physics and practical implementation in day-to-day life as part of ‘Applied Physics’.

We continuously update our curriculum to match the current trends and emerging technologies. Along with academics, we encourage students to participate in workshops and student seminars projects, research activities to improve their career readiness.

Our dedicated faculty members mentor UG students and guide PhD scholars We aim to create graduates who are not only skilled professionals but also an ethical and a competent global workforce with an inquisitive mind.
